Heath Fair and Community Walk

Join the Cornerstone Church community and Bayview Hunters Point Clinic for a day filled with fun activities such as a basketball shooting contests, obstacle courses, drawing, and prizes. Bayview Clinic will be providing free blood pressure screenings, glucose screening, dental screenings, and also assistance with health insurance. There will also be educational presentations brought to you by our staff and other amazing health professionals.
