Health Education & Nutrition
As women’s bodies change, so too may their nutritional needs. Marin City Health and Wellness provides important nutritional information, helping patients understand how our bodies benefit from key vitamins and minerals. Also, we can guide the integration of nutrient-dense foods into a diet, from proteins and fibers to greens and low-glycemic carbs.
