This is not a couples workshop, but intended for individuals who seek support and guidance around relationship dynamics and challenges – this can be applied to romantic, family or work relationships. It is human to struggle with our relationships and this is a chance to work through frustrations and learn creative solutions that relationships more satisfying and fluid. Your relationships shouldn’t feel like ongoing tension or a sense of disconnection. Relationships should bring both people joy, emotional safety and stability in a supportive and healthy way.
