DON’T JUST DO SOMETHING — SIT THERE! Come and learn simple body and breath-based mindfulness meditation skills with MCHWC psychologist Dr. Jason Thompson. Meditation is a scientifically proven method to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and increase body-mind wellness. No previous meditation experience required. All are welcome!
