Free Support Group: Relaxation Techniques

Drop-in for a free group during our 6-week session on Relaxation Techniques. Take care of you in 2018! All groups will meet in the conference room of the Marin City Community Services District, across from the boxing gym. Attend one or attend all!

Relaxation Techniques

DON’T JUST DO SOMETHING — SIT THERE! Come and learn simple body and breath-based mindfulness meditation skills with MCHWC psychologist Dr. Jason Thompson. Meditation is a scientifically proven method to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and increase body-mind wellness. No previous meditation experience required. All are welcome! Facilitator: Jason Thompson, PhD. Fridays 11:30am.
